Wrist-Focused Mobility Class with Lydia
This class is all about showing tender care to your hands and wrists. Lydia guides you through simple mobility exercises to release tension, increase blood flow, and help prevent injuries or arthritis. You'll begin with a restorative rolling sequence to prepare you to stretch, strengthen, and bear weight on your hands and wrists. These movements allow you to enjoy healthy and happy wrists that can open jars, drive, or use your phone without pain. Mobility classes not only feel good, but support your everyday movements. Suggested equipment: a small ball or soup can to roll underneath your hands.

I so love these work outs seasons 1+2 are the best movements ever!TYIi have all 4 seasons on DVD and was doing "other" yoga classes on U tube and really lost strength and flexibility when I changed,I recently started doing Namaste yoga again and FEEL much stronger+flexible !!

I'm so glad I was able to find these! I used to do these sessions - I had them on DVR, if that tells you how long ago! :D I'm trying to get back into it, and having familiar videos really helps. Not to mention, this is one of the few yoga classes that I have found that are accessible to noobs and experienced yogi alike. :)

Kate is motivating and inspirational - I have been practicing Namaste Yoga with Kate Potter for over 20 years now, and the method, and Kate's voice pulled me through my illness and made me stronger and mentally able to cope. Thank you Kate for all you do. I am fond off all forms of Yoga, but the classical Kate Potter Namaste combines Meditation with breath and the moves build on each other. Its never boring and always challenging.
